Built on more than three decades of project leadership
Spinner7 was founded by Jorge Fonseca after more than 30 years leading complex construction, design and development projects across residential, hospitality, commercial and corporate sectors.
Throughout his career, Jorge has successfully delivered projects ranging from luxury private residences to large-scale commercial developments, always combining technical expertise with commercial awareness and strategic leadership.
That experience led to one clear conclusion:
Owners need an independent representative focused exclusively on protecting their interests.
